Project carried out between August/November 2019 in a period of approximately 70 days.

The General Direction of the Project was carried out by MJ Simpson. and consisted in the installation of different materials such as Ceramic, Porcelain, Marble, Brick Veneer and Hardwood as follows:

• Reception Area: 12×24″ black marble tile (1000 square feet) in walls, Multi-length Engineered Hardwood Planks (1000 sf).
• Front restrooms:12×24″ white porcelain tile (most walls), 6×36″ black wood-look porcelain tile (on wall behind toilet) and 12×12″ black & white ceramic tile (floors)
• Room for events 1 & Wine Cellar Walls: White brick veneer (1800 sf) and red brick veneer (500 sf), 8×24″ porcelain tile in different shades of gray layed in a diagonal pattern wrapping the walls under one of the counters.
• Kitchen: 6×36″ white wood-look porcelain tile (floor), 9×36″ black wood-look porcelain tile (wrapping the walls under the counters), 12×12″ White and blue ceramic tile (wrapping the walls of the big exhaust hood)
• Room for events / Offices & Wine Cellar Floors: Multi-length Engineered Hardwood Planks (4000 sf) layed down in a herringbone pattern. 
• Employee’s restroom: subway tile (walls) and 6×36″ white wood-look tile (floor).
• Other restroom: 3×3″ ivory rustic ceramic tiles (on 2 walls) and 6×3″ ivory subway tile (on the other 2 walls) on bathroom.
• Employee’s Kitchen: 6×36″ white wood-look tile (floor), 6×3″ white subway tile (backsplash)
